Yeovil boss asks Twitter followers to act as scouts
Every wanted to be a football scout? Well now you can - and all you have to do is follow Yeovil Town manager Terry Skiverton on Twitter.
The 35-year-old League One boss has been asking his followers to check out and recommend players on his behalf in a bid to unearth some hidden gems in the transfer market.
Skiverton has insisted his appeal for potential players is "serious business" as he looks to continue challenging bigger clubs.
"I can't afford a scouting system. I've got 1,700 followers (Up to 2,400 by Thursday morning) and out of that I've got quite a few names and there's been some interesting ones," he told the BBC.
"There's been so many players who have come through and we are following a couple of those leads. There was one or two that I had glossed over, that I've come back to.
"I think it gives the supporters a bit of fun as well as I've had supporters go through non-league annuals, going out and watching games saying 'what about this player?'
"It's not a bit of fun for me - it's serious business. It's worked out really well for us."
Skiverton became Yeovil manager in 2009 after a long playing career with the club where he played over 380 games.
Last season the club finished 14th in League One - directly in between former Premier League sides Charlton Athletic and Sheffield Wednesday.

Not a bad idea to be honest because like he said, if the same names keep coming back, then it gives him some potential to ponder over.
