whats the best present
whats the best present you have ever recieved.....?
mine was driving lessons when i was 17...about 200 years ago hahahahaha
i remember as a kid , i always wanted a car....as you do......and when i was 17 my sister who had a decent job said to me.....david....im gonna book driving lessons for yea until you pass your test...she paid for it all....
she done a lot for me when i was a kid....gave me money to go and see Newcastle.....the lot.....
ive never ever forgotten it and with me being a handy lad and knowing how to do most jobs around the home.....i can pay her back in kind as well by doing up her house and stuff..which i have done....
they say, you can choose your friends but you cant choose your family..and its true...but in fairness, i cant fault her because i know that if i was in any bother at all, she wouldnt hesitate to bail me out of it no matter what...and the same goes for me ,with her...
its rare for families to be close knit and all mine arent close knit but theres enough of them that would be there in a crisis if you get my meaning....
anyway im babbling on......lol
what about you lot....?

Re: whats the best present
let me guess besty.....ermmmmm its a cluster of diamonds, around a 286 carat diamond, set in platinum and cost 62 zillion quid...and to this day, you still ask geordie where he found the money from.....even though you constantly walk past the cupboard containing the sawn off shotgun and the balaclava.......LBest79 wrote:the best bpresent i ever received was my engagement ring from the hubby
